Timing – The event will commence at 19.00, all seated at tables for Presidents address by 19.30. A three course dinner will be served from 19.45.
DJ and dancing from 22.00 and the event will finish at midnight.

Venue – the Ball will take place in the Lansdowne suite which is located on the second floor of the main stand and accessed via VIP entrance 2.

Dress code – black tie (and Caps!)

Heads and tails and Raffle – please can all guests bring £20 cash to participate in the heads and tails competition and raffle. We will be asking table captains to collect the money for their respective tables during the early part of the evening. All profit from the event will go to the clubhouse re development fund.

Entertainment – Before dinner, our president Rich Berry will do a short speech and welcome his guests and after dinner there will be a DJ and dancing

Car Parking – there is a small surface car park at Ashton Gate behind the side stand please be aware that the parking is run by an outside agency and will need to be paid for.
