The first half was an unsettled performance, with neither team really getting into a settled swing, but Bridgewater enjoying the best of the exchanges with muscular route-one rugby.

At halftime OBs were 21-5 down and it was looking like a pretty painful day at the office - even after some heroic defending on their line at the halftime whistle.

However, in the second half OBs started to find their stride, playing expansive rugby with far more tempo than in the first half, giving them the depth and go-forward to make ground. A score on the right wing from Max Simpson came from quick ball and hard lines from man-of-the-match "Only playing seconds this season" Josh Grenhaf.

Not long after, a great run from Tim "forever young" Colton with support from Greener put Rory Davies away to glide in and suddenly the game looked very interesting. Two minutes later, only a cheeky intercept from their 5 stopped what looked like another try-scoring run.

But more positive running play from some of the recently ex-Colts Josh and Piercey led to Jonny W stepping his man to cross and put OBs only one score behind.

Rory then skinned his man to pop to Josh, linking with Matt Naismith on a storming run to set up the ball to go wide again in the dying moments - only for the last scoring pass to go to ground and the come-back to escape OB's clutches.
